| Introduction | I'm a food and Wine Enthusiast, what nowadays would be called a Foodie. I love cooking for my husband, cooking for the fun of experimenting, and cooking to entertain friends and family and welcome them into our home. I don't cook professionally although I once had a restaurant and would love to have one again some day. I simply find that food evokes all kinds of sentiments, brings about memories and most importantly can be a carrier of love. Going out to try various restaurants and meals is one of our favorite hobbies and I promise to try and fill in readers on my latest restaurant visits, so you may find out in advance whether the visit will be worth your time and money. I will also share my own recipes or those from my favorite cooking books, as long as the keen reader will be kind enough to share one back in exchange so we can all continue to grow our culinary knowledge and experience.
