| Introduction | Lemuel Arrogante is a multi-awarded premier photographer, director and composer based in Cebu, Philippines. Lemuel is the founder and owner of Papicture Studio-the leader in wedding photography and video services in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Lemuel Arrogante recently received two 'Accolage of Excellence' in the 2008 WPPI(Wedding & Portrait Photographers International. He has swept also major prize winners in the WPPP Photo Congress photo competitions in 2005, 2006 & 2007. He has directed corporate and tourism videos such as for Infosoft International Solutions(infosoft.com.ph). He has written and composed songs and company jingles. In 1985 he composed a 'Quality Circle' jingle for TMX Philippines and won the Grand Prize in PMAP National Jingle competitions held in Holiday Inn, Manila. He also won the 2nd prize in the BCBP Theme Song Competition held Manila on 1997. He also composed the theme song for Mutya Ng Cebu Pilinas in 1990. in September 2008, His Papicture Studio was acclaimed by the National Product Quality Excellence Awards as THE BEST PHOTO STUDIO. |
