Introduction	We are here because.. We believe that; 1. Child learns best when primary education is in their first language or mother tongue. Child is most comfortable learning in one’s first language and begins to conceptualize rather than merely memorize formulae and codes as one does when the language is not familiar. a. Increase pupils’ academic performance through acquisition of oral fluency, reading and writing skills in their first language that provide them a bridge to learning Filipino and English enabling them to become more competent in all areas of study, and demonstrate self-confidence and pride in one’s culture, tradition and values. 2. To realize these, as concerned individuals we decided to create an organization that will help Philippine Elementary School Teachers specially Waray-Waray pupils to acquire literary composition/works that they will be needing during their studies. 3. To enhance/develop and utilize our skills as contributors/writers through imparting our knowledge to the next generation. 4. As Filipinos' or concerned individual we can do something to augment the learning in our country. 5. Because of God for letting us realize our goals.
