| Introduction | Here at the KGSA Foundation, we understand the world differently than most non-profits. Respect, dialogue and collaborative development are the foundation of our work. We advocate for a new model of development, one that views individuals as their own agents of change. We provide resources to organizers to empower their communities on their terms. We understand education as the best tool for cultivating resilient communities and we do so in the Kibera slums of Nairobi, Kenya with the Kibera Girls Soccer Academy.
