Introduction	Brewing became a serious passion (or obsession, if you ask my wife) this year. So, I did what anyone would do. I quit a good job. Got an unpaid internship for an awesome company. And now I am off to the Seibel Institute for a three month brewing school program.
Interests	Rock Climbing and Backpacking are my favorite hobbies. I love anything that keeps me outside and in shape. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is my new favorite love.
