Introduction	Welcome to my blog! I have decided to try my hand at this and hope you will participate at every chance. I am a happily married mother of two teens! I started my blog while home with a broken foot…and not able to get up and walk or get out and drive! Funny the things you will start when you just can’t take the boredom any longer! I grew up the daughter of a Medal of Honor recipient, Capt. Steven L. Bennett. Therefore, patriotism is something very important to me. Being held accountable for what you do for your own life is something I feel very strongly about as well. I am fairly involved whether it be in my kids’ school programs or my Mary Kay business or a project in which I am working on which consists of a blog in place to gather and tell stories from military personnel as well as a blog relating to taking control of your own future. I am a strong believer, having been the victim of a layoff that job loyalty is becoming something of a rarity and people should always have a backup plan.
