Introduction	After an incredible trip to Patagonia in 2006 our desire to see the rest of the world was ignited. It wasn't until this time that we realized "gap years" and round the world trips existed. We couldn't think of a better reason to take the plunge and drop everything than to mark our 30th birthdays. So here we go...8 months, 16 countries, and a lifetime of experiences and memories.
