Introduction	I am Charles Terrence Harper, of Hershey, PA (originally of Chicago, IL). I currently work with at-risk youth along with my wife Laurel and have been doing so for the last 12 years. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania/Wharton and my Masters at Syracuse. I am working on a doctorate (along with Laurel) in Instructional Technology, hoping to finish in 2009.
