| Introduction | I was born in the late 70s and I love music as a soundtrack to each day. I married young and now have two kids in their early 20s. I love films that take me back to my childhood. I have worked in charities for 20 years, and I'm now working for the NHS in a mental health service based on the social model of support for those who have mental health conditions. I have an acquired brain injury caused by a very posh rare tumour and the brain surgery that followed the diagnosis. I have very simple tastes, partly because my concentration and cognitive ability has changed since the surgery so reading a book is a challenge. I've replaced my love of books with love of film and writing my own words. |
