| Introduction | A creative writing major in her junior year at a 4-year state school, Sam hopes to become a Firefighter/Paramedic in Arlington County in the coming years. This blog is slowly becoming her life, and she is currently working on a book by the same title. She volunteers her time as an EMT in a rural town, and works part time as a lab tech at her local emergency room. If she isn't in class or studying in her apartment, you can find her at the rescue squad or emergency room getting more fodder for the aforementioned. She is very interested in feedback, and asks that you be kind enough to leave a comment if you have the time. You can contact her via email (whygomad@yahoo.com) or Instant Message (OnTheClockBlog) |

Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
You could buy one of those electric apple peelers? But I know what I can do: peel a clementine in one shot. It's pretty epic and always impresses/bores my friends.
