Introduction	I am a wife, teacher-chemist, and dog owner. I love to cook; however, I seldom follow any recipe as written. I think being a chemist has given me a great sense of proportion. I like baking and cooking, but I am a picky eater, so my recipes are generally simple. Darren is also a chemist and a much more adventurous eater! He also likes things really, really spicy. He is a good cook, though he tends to stick to the recipe, at least the first time! Occasionally, I can get him to post things on here.
