Introduction	I'm 36 and loving Life. It doesn't look like I thought it would (ie: an adoring husband, 2.4 kids and a white picket fence), but in many ways, it is better than I ever could have imagined. It hasn't always been an easy journey though - I divorced young and have had my share of ups and downs. The last 9 years have been about proving that I could make it on my own. The next 9 are about giving back what I have learned. I believe we each have a unique purpose on this earth and we'd be happier if we were living it. To help others find their purpose and live their best lives, I am an instructor of positive psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, a career coach, a consultant to companies and a public speaker who motivates others to live to their highest potential. I love good food and cheap red wine, travel, quaint little towns, fresh open markets, reading a good book, entertaining, relaxing at home, dancing, and working to make the world a better place. I'm passionate that all kids get an education, that women find their voice, and that we each do our own part to repair the world.
