Introduction	My name is Renaude Saint-Phard. I graduated from the Seminary a year ago with an MDiv degree. I also have a master degree in organizational management. I am now navigating the Higher Education Administration PhD program with no real destination but to follow God’s will for me. I feel that I was called to be where I am today and my plan is to do God’s will whatever that might be. In the meantime I am preaching the Gospel every chance I get and I love it. As a college student I did not take studies too seriously maybe because I had to face too many challenges with the language, a new culture, and a new worldview through a though adaptation process. Today, my interest in school is different from then. Though I am a mother of four children with a husband and a lot of responsibilities and I teach a course in college, my motivation to succeed with studies is very high- different time, different experiences, different understanding.
