Introduction	I'm a mum of 4! Apart from a three year stint as a cafe owner i've been a stay at home mum for the last 13 years. I love to create and i've tried a variety of different ways to express myself, including - crosstitch, ceramics & pottery, stamping & card making, sculpture, drawing, painting, dying (fabric), silk painting, sewing...wow, i never really stopped to think about how much i've tried. Nothing managed to hold my attention for long (as i'm sure you have already guessed), Untill.....I found METALSMITHING. I'm in love. I am very much a beginner and totally in awe of all the wonderful tallent out there but I am constantly amazed at what can be done with metal. There is something so exciting about making something so rigid bend to my will. Finaly after doing everything for everyone else for so many years I'm back in the classroom, building my skills in preparation for the next stage of my life. Bring it on!
