About me

Gender Male
Location Hillsborough, NC, United States
Introduction A native North Carolinian currently residing in Hillsborough. I am inspired by walking the creeks and rivers of Orange, Durham and Alamance Counties. These locations and subjects predominate my photographic work. The images and prints are created using vintage large and medium format film cameras and printing and developing in the traditional wet darkroom. Lately I am shooting only 8x10 cameras, mostly older than 100 years old. I have been using mostly x-ray film for my exposures and contact printing the results in the traditional wet darkroom. I have been a part of a few good bands (the Pound Notes, 1+2 and the Swamis) played music all over the Southeast. I've had a small label record deal and still stay creative musically.
