Introduction	I am a consummate believer in the American dream. A lady first...Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Gardener and Animal lover. I am frugal...cautious and a zealous treasure hunter. My personal constitution is not a variable but a set in stone piece of my soul. I believe myself to be an average everyday American capable of achieving everything that I desire through hard work and determination. And so was born the Dillitante Proprietor...Some of my desires have changed over the years but one thing has remained a constant: The desire to be sole owner of my own house, not a steward of a house that shares interest in the home with a bank but a real life, no mortgage, owe nothing proprietor of a house! I love to laugh...compare wits and learn. Knowledge is the greatest of riches that can ever be bestowed upon a person. I am sometimes silly, sometimes funny, sometimes a lot of things...but always an American.
