| Introduction | I was diagnosed with IgG lambda monoclonal gammopathy of uncertain significance (MGUS) in September of 2009 when I was 25 years old. A bone marrow biopsy in July of 2012 changed my diagnosis to smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM). I am a happily married elementary school teacher who is refusing to let a diagnosis define me or my life! |
