Introduction	Hi! I'm Clarissa, a young girl from Vancouver. I started baking when I was 3 and haven't stopped since. I absolutely love to bake-I definitely have a sweet tooth. My faves would be Pavlova, Tres Leche Cupcakes, and truffles, mhmm truffles. But most of all, I am in love with macarons. Coffee macs are the bomb. Even though I don't drink coffee, as I will shrink :) , I can't resist the temptation to say no to these heavenly cookies. Nothing can separate me and my coffee macarons. Nothing. Not even a tough cookie... I believe that if dried plums are called prunes than dried grapes might as well be called raisins and dried apricots, apricunes and if you have never heard of chocolate ganache and don't know what the heck it is, I don't know if I can trust you. I believe that fruits really shouldn't have stickers, skinny cooks CAN be trusted, and recipes asking for pre-made batters as an ingredient, it is not a recipe. Lastly, I believe that sharing is caring when it comes to dessert... I hope you enjoy all the goodies I've made. Enjoy! =)
