Introduction	Established since 1977, The Singapore Action Group of Elders (SAGE) is a non-profit, non-religious and multi-ethnic Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWO). Affiliated to the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), SAGE is also a member of the Internation Federation on Aging (IFA) and HelpAge International. SAGE is a non-funded VWO with the exception of our Counselling Centre which is co-funded by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports and the National Council of Social Service. Hence SAGE depends on public donations to fund all our programmes and activities.
