| Introduction | I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, and I currently live in Shadyside. I attended Shady Side Academy, Dickinson College, and earned my MBA at Point Park University. My love of Duquesne Dukes basketball comes from my father who attended Duquesne during the Dukes' glory years. My father and I have been going to Dukes' games since the early 80s and we still share season tickets. I spent the first few years after undergrad trying to break into the world of sports broadcasting. I worked briefly for KDKA Radio as a producer, and broadcasted sports for the MSA Sports Network, D3hoops.com, D3football.com, and NATV (North Allegheny TV). Needless to say I never got my big break. In March of 2008 I was hired by Rivals.com to cover Duquesne basketball recruiting at www.OnTheBluff.com |
