| Introduction | My husband and I live in Colorado with our daughters. I make NO claim that any of the recipes in this blog are original! In fact, all of them are probably taken from the back of a soup can, another blog, or a relative. The reference "Jump It or Crash It" refers to a quote from the equestrian coach at Anderson College. Our family might hate the recipe, it might be a pain in the butt to cook and/or clean up, but one way or another we are getting through the recipe, if only once. If it turns out to be a once and never again, I'll tag it never again. Take that with SEVERAL grains for salt because my husband is the pickiest eater you will ever meet that doesn't have a medical issue to blame for it (not that he hasn't tried)! This is also the reason you will very rarely see ANY non-sausage pork or seafood on this blog. |
