| Introduction | I grew up running barefoot around Bluffdale, Utah and after 7 moves I now live in Yucaipa, California and my favorite place to go barefoot is on the beach. My husband and I have four wonderful kids (1 ritzy girl, 3 rowdy boys) and they, along with all the meals and laundry that come with them, are my full-time job. When not encouraging my kids to exercise their agency in good ways, I teach Zumba (a dance, cardio work out), read, teach a Sunday School class to 7 and 8 year olds, go on adventures with my family and dates with my hunk. Life's good. |
