| Introduction | Everything is interconnected, so a problem with physical health has roots in the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms. I am 43 years old and 100 pounds overweight with other various health issues related to my weight. I refuse to resort to surgery or other means to get healthy and I have started this blog to track my progress or lack thereof. This is a tool to keep me motivated and moving forward.
