Introduction	We're Mark and Shirley and just delighted that you've found us! We love to attend estate sales and auctions because we find incredible and wonderful things that we can't resist. We see treasures that someone collected, things someone treasured, items someone used and kept safe. Sadly, once they're gone their families have no interest in all those assorted belongings that meant so much to them once upon a time. So all these amazing things end up being sold. We find simple things, like craft patterns and buttons… all the way to rare books and scraps of paper that recall the past. It's a mish-mose of beautiful things and ordinary everyday things, all with one thing in common... they're not wanted anymore. But that is NOT true. Mark and I rescue these bits and pieces of yesterday and pass them on to someone else who will treasure them and use them today and tomorrow. Eventually, some day, they may find their way into another estate sale or auction. But then there will be someone else who will come along and rescue them... another Mark and Shirley… and the cycle will begin again. And that’s why we love what we do so much!! We rescue yesterdays! How many people can say that?
