Introduction	日健高齡康樂中心是森瑪錫西社康中心轄下的一個服務項目。本中心之宗旨為：提倡高齡長者之自立、自理、自愛精神，增進身心健康; 幫助對安全、醫藥、疾病預防及社會福利之認識；提供社交、娛樂、健身之便利；減輕高齡人士之孤寂感及家人長期照顧老弱者之負荷。日健高齡康樂中心對外開放時間為星期二至星期五，早上9:30至下午3:30。 Yet Keen Seniors' Day Centre is a program of Somerset West Community Health Centre. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of our members by helping them maintain their physical / social well-being, and independence. Yet Keen is open 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday) from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
