Introduction	The Kitchen Pixie was diagnosed with a dairy allergy in 1996. Over the years, more family members have been diagnosed with allergies, with a current community list of about 40 allergens! She is now the family's foremost expert on cooking and baking around allergies, and spends a lot of time flitting around her kitchen whipping up delicious treats that the whole family can eat.
