| Introduction | Taiwanese born and Canadian raised, I decided 2 short years ago to pack my bags and pursue my passion for photography and culinary adventure. Since then, my passion has brought me to the wineries of South Australia, kitchens in New York, and back to the motherland (Taiwan) to visit organic farms. Having graduated from the French Culinary Institute in New York, I have had the opportunity to meet and work briefly alongside some of New York’s celebrity chefs, a top rated restaurant in Toronto and traveled with a Canadian food editor. After 2 years of traveling and living out of a box, I am now ready to temporarily unpack my belongings and bring my experiences home to share with those around me. |
