IntroductionNeil Druker began his academic training at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1989. He graduated with a 4.0 grade point average and received the Governor General of Canada Medal for achieving the highest academic standing among his graduating peers. His additional honors included the Prince of Wales Scholarship, the Cherry Prize, the John Galley Scholarship, and the Jane Redpath Prize. Neil Druker also contributed to the university community beyond his coursework. He was elected Chairman of the McGill Journal of Political Economy and President of the McGill University Economics Students' Association. These positions placed him in an active role organizing economic discussion among faculty members and fellow students rather than participating only as an observer. Neil Druker attended Harvard Business School after his consulting experience and earned his Master of Business Administration in June 1993. He entered the program with the Frank Knox Fellowship, an entrance scholarship awarded in recognition of academic achievement.
