| Introduction | I am 32 years old vegetarian, wife, and mother. I am married (2004) and we have been together since 1996 (yes, high school). In 2008, I delivered a beautiful baby girl, and in 2011 I delivered a beautiful baby boy. While in grad school (2002), I developed a love for running and nutrition. Since then, I have done a lot of research on nutrition and have logged my fair share of miles. Life was simpler before Hope, but I am trying to make it work now while working part-time, taking care of my family, and still managing to get a good workout in as well as eat nutritionally. This blog is about exercise (running mostly), nutrition, coping with everything, as well as anything else I can fit into it. |
