Introduction	In 2003 I retired from my teaching career and a year later got divorced at the age of 51. Talk about life changes! A friend suggested I try online dating and that was the beginning of a roller coaster ride that lasted a year. As I was going through various experiences in the dating scene I would share these experiences with family and friends. The response was always the same, "Annie, you should write a book!" I've always been interested in writing and have written poems and lyrics in the past. So, I got busy and wrote down my stories. It was therapy. I'm the type of person who finishes what I start so I had my book published. I hope that my readers find my book to be humorous and yet insightful and that they might learn something from my experiences.
