| Introduction | I am a 56 year old female. I have been married for 36 years and have one adopted 29 year-old son. I have battled weight since puberty reaching a high weight of 288 lbs. I had type II diabetes and high blood pressure. I was taking prescriptions meds for these along with cholesterol meds. I have had sporadic back problems thru the years. Now I have lost 118 lbs and take no prescription meds. |
