| Introduction | I am a mom of three kids ranging from elementary school to college. I also sell Wildtree and am incredibly passionate about meal planning - specifically, I facilitate workshops that allow people to make 10 dinners to place in their freezers for a later date. It helps take the stress out of mealtime and it's much easier on the bottom line! I speak to small groups on topics ranging from meal planning to tips on healthy eating to tips on how to feed picky eaters. From the time of being a newly married wife, I have desired to put real food on the table with real ingredients. This blog is a way to share my passion with you. Thank you for joining me! |
