Introduction	I have always wanted to be a writer but back then, Mama said writers were often unsuccessful and died poor. Better to be an accountant! Who could have predicted to her that by the time I hit the work force, journalism became the hottest profession. I guess, mothers don’t always know best. Like a dutiful daughter, I went to accounting school. And, forty something years after, here I am, blogging or shall I say “blabbing” about and making an accounting of the little twists and turns of my delightful journey through life. Finally, a writer!
