| Introduction | I'm a techie who's been in the software development industry for over 15 years. I'm an enthusiastic traditional and whole foods advocate, volunteer Weston A. Price Foundation co-chapter leader for Reston and Sterling, and organizer for the Northern Virginia Whole Food Nutrition Meetup group. My husband and I are currently working on health through the GAPS/SCD diet.
