| Introduction | So for most of my life...i have been struggling with my weight. It really became an issue when I went off to college for 4 years. I had always wanted to lose the weight but always came up with excuses for why I didn't want to or stopped. I finally said enough is enough and I was ready to start this journey and become healthy and happy!!!! I was ready to do and knew I would succeed this time!!! |
