Introduction	At the heart of making this world a very happy place is the happiness of its people. I love working with people and making them successful. My career has been dedicated to this passion. I started out after my post-graduation in Hospital Management at Apollo Hospital. A hospital is a great place to see up close and personal people at their most vulnerable. This experience made me understand what it takes to lift the spirits of the sick. My people centered journey continued in the Corporate world through roles in HR, Education and Student Counselling. Finally, I made the decision to make counselling my full-time career choice. I am now a freelance counsellor, mentor and life coach. I love working with adolescents and teenagers and help them overcome their social, emotional and behavioural challenges. I am an active parent volunteer with Legacy school and help the kids who come under the Right to Education (RTE) act. I am a firm believer in the adage “No child, left behind” and engage with the school to help children who required additional support.
