| Introduction | Sean F Gallagher is a graduate of Portland State University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is a writer, civil designer, and Civil 3D application specialist living in Portland, Oregon. Sean has experience in design of private subdivisions, lot partitions, and instruction. Sean understands, and has designed for, the concepts involved with storm water analysis and design in addition to grading, piping design, roadway and lot layout on top of his skills in the field of civil engineering. Sean F Gallagher has become a public presenter and adept instructor in the use of Civil 3D while working at PPI Group. He supports a wide range of customers including municipalities as well as large engineering and construction firms throughout the Northwest. In addition to his work with PPI Group, Sean F Gallagher is working on his forthcoming novel, Mysts of Mythos, which will blend history and fantasy together in a spellbinding tale of human survival under a new world paradigm. “All of Myth and Legend are but visions through a mysty veil.
