Introduction	I am spending the year living in Madrid Spain teaching English and trying to discover what it really is that I want to do in life. Along with that discover who I am and enjoy life along the way. So I have started two blogs.. one about all my adventures while I am here and the second about all the meals I cook that my roommate enjoys while we are here. I was very privileged to come from a family of women that loved to cook so I have been learning recipes since a very young age. Along with that I also really enjoy cooking and find it relaxing. So my roommate has been very lucky since I cook for her every night... even when she offers to help I won't let her! She had the great idea of starting a food blog with the recipes that I have been cooking so far. Some are new and some are from the family and everything I post has to have approval from the roommate. I hope that you enjoy the recipes as much as Melissa says she enjoys my cooking!
