Shakesh has got a unique perspective on Indian cuisine in terms of their concepts, preparations, procedures involved, presentations and different aspects of Indian regional cuisine. He is presently working as a Lecturer with a Delhi based Hotel Management College, explaining nuances of Indian Cuisine to ever eager batch of budding chefs. Prior to this, he mastered the finer aspects Indian cuisines at ITC Maurya, New Delhi. As a part of his Academic pursuits, he is an MBA with a dual specialization in HR and Marketing and an alumni of Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad. |
