| Introduction | I've been a serious cook from the time I took an introductory class in French cooking from Irena Chalmers in 1974. Since retiring, my husband and I have moved to our previous summer cottage in beautiful Lake Lure,NC. We have been adding on and building up for the last few years and now I have the kitchen of my dreams. We also spend part of our time in Florida. I love spending time with my beautiful granchild, Rachel and my wonderful Son and Daughter in-law. I want to share with you my favorite recipes and always evolving new ideas on cooking and entertaining. |
