| Introduction | Episcopal SeniorLife Communities has evolved from The Church Home, a farmhouse on Mt. Hope Avenue serving needy children and older women in 1868, to a three campus housing and service organization for adults, providing multiple levels of care ranging from independent living to skilled nursing. We will continue to expand and improve both physically and programmatically in order to meet the growing needs of our residents, their families and the Greater Rochester Community. We currently offer: Patio Homes Independent Living apartments with optional support services Enriched Living Apartments Memory Care Studios Short-Term Rehabilitation Services Long-Term, Skilled Nursing Care, including specialized dementia care Our three campuses each offer a unique living experience based on location and services, yet embrace the Episcopal SeniorLife Communities mission, purpose and vision. |
