Introduction	Hi my name is Becca and I'm one third of the way through my Food and Nutrition degree at Sheffield Hallam university. I am currently on a years placement working for a food flavouring company called Givaudan based in Milton Keynes. Through my years placement I have a developed a massive love for baking and am trying to turn my hand to all things baked! I wanted to document the things I have made so far and will be making over the next few months whilst sharing this knowledge with some other keen bakers out there!
