| Introduction | I am simple man with simple likes in this life. Love to be passionate about anything I do. Experiencing Human Behaviour is a fantastic process for me and this has driven me to build a career in HR&OD. I am unable to figure out whether this passion came in after I joined the profession or I joined the profession because of this passion. Nevertheless, I am here. And today managing and interacting multi cultural and multi ethnic profiles has opened my eyes to realities of the world. Having travelled over 18 countries, and transacted with most of the ethnicities of the world, makes me believe how wonderful God has been in his creation. The problems maybe uniuque and distinct. But everyone seems to be in one vocation. That is .... Make Money. Either through business or employment or anything. But finally make money. One wonders, what after abundance in wealth!!!!! |
