Introduction | I'm an information technology leader and assurance professional with 20+ years of IT and cyber security experience, including a 10+ years supervision in technical infrastructure and security areas for a vertically integrated Midwest electric utility. Currently an IT Consultant, past positions include IT Security Supervisor, Senior Systems Analyst, Dev. Methods Analyst, CAD Systems Mgr, Eng. Systems Analyst, Eng. Programmer. Education includes MCSM (aka MS-ITM), MBA, and BSCS w/EE minor; certs include CISM, CISA, CISSP, NSA-IAM, MCSE-NT. My cyber security focus these days centers on balancing the urgent against pursuing longer term, risk informed, sustainable improvements- policy and compliance, arch/design, audit issues, teamwork, partnering, and strategy. |
