Introduction Hello and welcome to my blog-in-the-making! I will make this brief so we can get down to the buzzness of blogging. Who am I and what vision do I have for my blog? Good question. I have much to share about my experiences growing up and (still) living in this wonderful part of the country known as New England. Although I really love to travel and someday may end up in another part of the country, New England (specifically Western Massachusetts...yes, there is life west of Boston!) is my home. So let's get started right away.
Interests Collecting just about anythithing including vintage linens, early children motif cups and plates, paintings of flowers like roses and pansies, mermaids, seashell boxes and vintage beach souveniers, pretty bone china teacups and tea tins, going to estate sales and antique shops, stocking my own shop in Brimfield with early country and primitive items, gardening, travel, fostering homeless kittens, crafting using vintage embellishments, Recycling: A subject that I am very passionate about.
Favorite Movies The Thorn Birds, Gone with the Wind, Pulp Fiction, Cider House Rules, Band of Brothers, Cast Away, ET, Indiana Jones series, Stand By Me, Fried Green Tomatoes, Misery, Driving Miss Daisy
Favorite Music Mostly post-punk and new wave from the 80's and early 90's...I am an 80's girl! I have about 7, 000 songs downloaded on my itunes! I also like classical and some new age/ambient. I like to listen to Mozart and the other classics Sunday morning but I clean to New Order and the The Cure!
Favorite Books The Thorn Birds, Silence of the Lambs, Memoirs of a Geisha, Lonesome Dove, The Other Boleyn Girl

Best album of all time? That would have to be Aja by Steely Dan. I never tire of it when it comes up on my ipod shuffle!
