| Introduction | In the Society of Creative Anacronism I am Lady Elisande Walters. I sew clothing by hand but don't scorn my machine, I paint with whatever pigments I can find, I write cursive and using a word processor (I know, sigh), I learn about herbs and potions. I am bilingual, a German currently living in the United States. People tell me I am a rather decent cook. I usually don't do recipes but I strive to change that. So here, enjoy my collected "wisdoms." I am not as funny as the pioneerwoman (check her out at www.thepioneerwoman.com/cooking I promise a good laugh.) And not as accomplished as Julia Child.
