| Introduction | Born in Virginia 79 yrs ago, raised on a farm in NC, Nan Mykel received her PhD in clinical psychology in 1977 and has worked at a mental health center and state prison where she ran a sex offender treatment program for 12 years. She has 4 children: a dedicated research RN; a music afficionado and happy dad of a girl and a boy; a child care worker with specialty in autistic children and the mother of two girls; and a grown daughter with Down syndrome. Undergraduate major was English, journalism, and anthropology. She is also a survivor and her book FALLOUT will appear on Amazon soon. |
