Starting prior to conception, we offer tailored coaching to enhance your natural fertility and IVF treatments and reduce the negative impact of infertility. Through pregnancy, we offer a variety of private and group classes including HypnoBirthing, independent antenatal education and specific sessions for birth de-briefs, breech turning and active birthing. After birth, we offer in-home support when you most need it and fun infant massage classes to help you bond and learn some little tricks of the trade. |
