| Introduction | Moved a lot after college. Kentucky, Georgia and North Carolina. I was married to the military, that life is a very hard and lonely life. I have a great respect for military families. That was not the life for me. My oldest boy was born in Fort Bragg hospital in NC. His father was killed in Afghanistan. I don't believe in the war but I am so thankful for the soldiers who serve to protect complete strangers like me. Late 1999 my son and I moved back to BC. I had many "life lessons" early on but those things help you to become a better mother, friend and all around person. Everything happens for a reason, get thru it and learn from it!! |
