| Introduction | 2023 has dawned hot and clear. We are a strong team of kaiako, support staff and leadership, ready to take on the challenges of another year in our kura. We have just held one of the best hangi yet to show our community manaaki , with the expert assistance of three of our dads. This is a very special place to work and we see many of our ex students calling in to see us, even after several years at new schools. Once you are a part of or school whanau, you will always be our whanau. |

| Favorite Movies | Depends on how busy the week has been-chick flicks when I don't want to have to think but do "enjoy" movies like Blood Diamond, Shawshank Redemption. I don't like horrors or sci-fi. Sometimes watch B grade movies just to criticise the acting, continuity and script. Art films(not Holywood) also worth watching. Bollywood! TV series like Call The Midwife, Downton Abbey, Miranda, Hinterland, The Killing, The Tunnel, and foreign Netflix series. |

| Favorite Books | psych thrillers, swash buckling adventure, historical sagas.I love children's literature including Harry Potter, Anthony Horowitz, Eion Colfer. I Often take out books from the school library so I can read the children's books in the holidays |
